Igniter module for Solaire grills. For Solaire backyard grills with 2 burners, such as the 21", 21XL, 27", 27XL, and 30" grills. Uses a 9-volt battery to power the system, unscrew the circular black cap and place inside and reapply the cap. If your Solaire igniter is not working, please replace the battery to see if that solves the issue before ordering a replacement.

The Ignitor module was about 10 years old. The grill is in Southwest Florida and the outdoor conditions are brutal here in the summer. One of the contacts had tarnished despite removing the battery for about 6 months out of the year. Over the last few years, it had become temperamental and then finally gave out a this season. During the 6 months we are here, the grill gets used almost daily. The module is pricey (what isn't these days) but it was in stock and shipped quickly. It was very easy to remove and replace. Everything is working fine now. I also replaced the wiring and ignitor switch just to make sure everything was new. Hopefully, I get another 10 years out of the grill and that God grants me another 10 years to enjoy it. By the way, I like my Solaire grill so much that I have two of them, one at each of my homes.
