Two specifically bent pieces of stainless steel which hold the screen to the burner so it doesn't fall off when you pick up the grill or put it in the carrying bag. Just pops right on over the burner screen and the top of the burner. No longer used on newer burners, instead a piece of metal attached to the burner holds the screen down.
