The Solaire Mini grill performs on par with our larger grills despite its small size. The high heat of the Solaire Mini's infrared burner outpaces that of conventional grills and makes food juicer and more flavorful in a much shorter amount of time. This fast grilling speed allows the Mini grill to cook for not only individuals, but small groups of up to 4 people as well. The mini grill has enough space to fit 1 steak or chicken breast, 2 burger patties, or 4 hot dogs. The Solaire Mini can also be used for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods to enhance flavor and add a nice texture. The Mini infrared grill's portable size does not limit it to personal grilling at home; bring it tailgating, camping, off-roading, to picnics, on RVs, on boats, or anywhere you can fit it.
This grill uses 1lb Propane bottle to power it by default; however, it can be converted to work with 20 lb Propane tanks (SOL-SAHOSE6), Natural Gas lines (SOL-SMNGC), or RV low pressure gas systems (SOL-SMLPC). All gas sources are not included and sold separately.

Assembly
The only assembly is to attach the regulator, the three handles, & the four adjustable feet; otherwise the Solaire Mini grill is ready to use in about 5 minutes out of the box.

Mini Grill
Have had the mini grill for two years. LOVE IT!!! The flavor it imparts on a steak is great. Just the right size when cooking for two. 1.5 inch tenderloin for me for rare and thinner for my wife who likes it medium well. Usually get 10 cooks from one gas canister.

I bought this to stow in my Waverunner and use to grill on the fly. I easily grill for 4-6 people on this tiny grill due to the high heat burner. It’s amazing
