The Solaire 27XL grill offers a good balance of size, price, and versatility, making it our most popular grill. The 27XL grill comes either in a square cart with space under the grill for storage behind 1 basic door, or the angular pedestal which has no under grill storage except for space to put a propane tank. The 27XL also has the option for a rear rotisserie burner to be installed. Our infrared outdoor grills are finely crafted with welded corners & seams, mirror polished accents, and designed with simplicity in mind, making it long lasting and easy to use. The high heat of the two Solaire Infrared burners cook at a fraction of the time of conventional grills and make food juicer and more flavorful. Solaire gas grills are perfect for grilling full meals or just using them for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods.

Installation/Assembly
Solaire gas grills ship fully assembled. The 27XL grill only needs to be removed from packaging, placed outdoors in the desired area, and connected to a source of gas, either Propane or Natural gas, depending on which type is ordered (it can be converted later after the purchase of a conversion kit if your gas needs change). The square cart comes with a tank slide out pre-equipped for propane. Shipping
Ships for free from southern California by truck carrier. The trucking company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Faster shipping options such as next day air are not available as this item is too large; if any such options appear on the checkout screen, it is only available for other items ordered at the same time as the grill. Solaire grills are made to order, so please allow at least 7 days before it ships. Feel free to contact us after this lead time for a status update on your grill if it has not been marked as shipped yet.
Returns
The Solaire 27XL grill cannot be returned to us because it is shipped by truck. If you are uncertain about purchasing this item, try the demo program 1st before purchasing. New 27” grill
We are not new to Solaire, we own two of there Go Anywhere portables,one for the boat and one for the boat,they are great. When the brand X Weber gave up the ghost at home,we decided to invest in the 27XL. I’m a steak guy that wants a lot of heat-this grill has the heat. The quality of the stainless steel is excellent and the workmanship is top shelf. Best grill we have ever owned and probably the last.

Solaire 27XL
Well, I tried my new Solaire 27XL for the first time today. I closely followed the instructions and was blown away with the results! As a long time charcoal and pellet grill user, I was a bit skeptical with the hot and fast method of cooking. I'm a BBQ nut with 6 grills in my inventory. Each has specific function depending on what I'm cooking, how fast I need to serve and my general preference for the day. The ribeye I cooked today on the Solaire was superb. The quality of the grill is evident and the way the grill was prepared for shipment ensured a damage free arrival. The only constructive criticism I can offer is perhaps the wheels could be a bit larger to raise the ground clearance and make it easier to navigate uneven surfaces.
