This accessory allows you to cook foods you would never think of cooking on your Solaire grill due to the solid bottom instead of the grill grate with space between the grids. Cook anything that would normally fall between the grids or needs to cook in its own juices with the griddle plate. For 21" grills only, see SOL-IRGP-21XL for 21XL grills.
