The Solaire Everywhere grill takes the convenience of infrared grilling and brings it to the portable grill size. Rather than waiting for food to finish grilling, the Everywhere grill's infrared burner prepares food much quicker than a typical grill and makes mealtime happen sooner. The high heat infrared burner also makes food juicer and more flavorful than most other grill burners. The Solaire Everywhere can either grill meals from start to finish or just use Solaire grills for searing after sous vide, smoking, and other cooking methods. The Everywhere grill weighs only 15 pounds and can easily be carried with one hand, yet has enough grilling space to grill for groups of 4 or more. Take this portable infrared grill with you while camping, tailgating, to the park, to the beach, and everywhere you can think of.

This grill uses 1lb Propane bottle to power it by default; however, it can be converted to work with 20 lb Propane tanks (SOL-SAHOSE6), Natural Gas lines (SOL-SANGC), or RV low pressure gas systems (SOL-SALPC). All gas sources are not included and sold separately. Carrying bag not included, see item #SOL-17-11.

Assembly
The only assembly is to attach the regulator, the three handles, & the four adjustable feet; otherwise the Solaire Everywhere grill is ready to use in about 5 minutes out of the box.

So Pleased!!
I am So Pleased with my grill!! So far to date, I grilled 2 steak fillets , 2 giant burger patties, 2 rib eyes. All where DELICIOUS!! Cooked faster than anything I ever Cooked on. Very convenient size of grill. Can't wait to bring it on a camping trip.

Long lasting grill, but needs 1 small change.
I have used a Solaire Anywhere model for 10 years, shifting from RV to boat and back. Decided to buy an Everywhere model to keep permanently on the boat. Both bbq’s are very well designed and made. The large ceramic burner is far superior to the commonly used 1” diameter stainless tube with holes, which simply burns small fingers of propane along the tube. The Solaire ceramic plate heats up the bbq almost instantly and evenly across the cooking surface. Also, no flare ups. One change I will make, is to put two strips of aluminum foil on the bottom - front and back - to catch drips. Far easier to change them than clean the area after a number of uses. Finally, ten year’s use and no repair.

Best portable grill hands down!
I needed a small, but tough grill that could go with me on off-road expeditions. I've owned propane camping stoves before that sorta work for grilling but not really. They mostly make the meat grey and tough, with no flavor because they simply are not hot enough burners. I did tons of research on the Solaire Everywhere and was intrigued by it's compact, rugged design and the infrared burner. If you've never grilled on a Solaire infrared burner, you're in for a treat! You will wonder how you've ever grilled meat and vegetables before. The Everywhere cooks so quick, giving your food a nice charred flavor and appearance, while still locking in the moisture. Thicker cuts of meat can be a little tricky, but it you follow Solaire's instructions, you will have a beautiful sear on the outside and succulent, juicy meat on the inside. I bought a carry bag and the 20lbs adapter hose, which works perfect on my little 9lbs bottle. The Solaire Everywhere uses so much less gas than other propane grills and requires less time to heat up to grilling temperature (3 minutes). This grill, while a little pricey, is certainly worth every penny. Cooking while camping used to be a chore, now I look forward to not only grilling, but eating any food grilled on the Solaire Everywhere. Now my wife wants a Solaire infrared grill for home, as we are no longer satisfied with grilling on our traditional propane grill.
