Solaire Everywhere Portable Infrared Grill

Perfect grill for camping in our RV. It cooks steaks, burgers, chicken et.al. fast with the right amount of sear. Cleans up fast and stores easily in one of our exterior storage compartments

I've had this grill for 5 years now, and it's the best little grill out there. It's great for 2 people to grill on. 2 steaks or 4 burgers is about all it will hold but I have cooked some 1.5" steaks to perfection. Sure, the igniter has failed, they all do on every grill. But this little guy is simply the best you can buy for camping, boating, even for your apartment.

This is the 3rd Solaire Portable Infrared Grill I have owned since 2005. There is none better for fast char-broiling of steaks, lamb chops, burgers, etc. and cooks evenly and is easy to clean. It is beautifully made of stainless steel and came packed like an armored tank. It was so protectively packaged that it took 1/2 hr. to get it out of the box. These people really care about their product. I use a 6 ft. LP extension hose to connect to a 20 lb. tank so my grill runs for months. I highly recommend this grill.

Awesome because I love steaks. I gave mine to my son after owning it for over a year; so I had my replacement sent to my Brother-in-law a few miles away and answer him to try it out in a few weeks before I go get it from him. I think he'll love it for the same reasons I do. The fat drippings vaporize, 1000 degrees in 4 minutes. My son, a state away, loved it. Remember one thing... never close the lid while the gas is on; the instructions say so. Great for the house and portable for anywhere you want to go without fire and just a little can of propane

I love this thing. It’s works great. Perfect for car camping, especially, where campfires are not allowed. Very slight learning curve in comparison to a traditional gas burner, but everything tastes better. It’s made in the USA

I am very pleased with this grill. I have only had it a couple weeks but it is everything it claimed to be. It does a great job of grilling and it is easy to clean and transport. I love the fact that it does not have any holes in the bottom to leak grease when transporting. In fact just as they claim there is very little grease run off and most of it drips on the grate and smokes the meat immediately. The construction is sturdy and strong and if anything does wear out or need repair it appears all the parts are available and easy enough to work on.

No product is "perfect" but from what I've experienced so far from my Solaire it hits on all the points. Most of all is the construction which is soild. Cooking is as promised... afterburner if you want to give a sear you won't get on a weber unless you lower the racks to just above the coals. Packaging was excellent... product arrived in perfect condition and was nice to see them use heavy duty staples to close the box rather than tape. The only .5 I would knock off is that the burner is just a skoosh smaller than the grill but by design I guess it has to be that size or the casing would get super hot. Wish I could close the lid to cook some items like peppers and even chicken. With the amount of heat that the burner puts out I'm tempted to try using a kiln shelf to bake some pizza :-) but obviously there would be no cover to enclose the heat. Maybe a new "feature" idea for Solaire :-) Have not taken it camping or the beach which is the main reason I got my grill but am certain that steaks will be nicely grilled after a hard days work in the woods. All in all, a great product and made in the USA.
