FireBalls differ from the traditional log set by being a modern alternative for the fireplace. Rasmussen FireBalls offer a contemporary look that compliments most fireplaces both new and old. Fireball sets come in 7 colors, including natural, the color of the concrete, 3 dark colors, and 3 lighter colors, with some more exotic colors like adobe red and beige. This ventless fireball set uses a sleek and shiny stainless steel chassis for an even more modern look. PLEASE NOTE: The Stainless Steel Chassis is a design feature, not an invitation to use this set outdoors. No Rasmussen vent-free set is intended, certified, or warranted for outdoor use.
All vent free fireplace sets are certified to two standards: ANSI Z21.11.2 (Unvented Room Heaters) and ANSI Z21.60 (Vented Decorative Appliance). Use in wood-burning fireplaces or approved vent-free firebox enclosures. These fireplace balls may be used with the damper open, closed or anyplace in between. Vent-Free fireplace sets are supplemental zone heaters, they are not intended for continuous use or whole house heating. 20" set has 30,000 BTU/hr maximum inputs and 24" & 30" have 40,000 BTU/hr maximum inputs.
These ventless fireplace balls have 3 lighting control options as well. ME Manual Control uses a standing pilot, but can only be turned on and off from a valve attached to the set. RE Remote Control uses a standing pilot and a variable flame height remote control. EI Remote Control does not use a standing pilot, but instead only has a pilot briefly with the push of a button for ignition, and also comes with a variable flame height remote control. Free Shipping. Ships from southern California via UPS. FireBall sets are made to order, so please allow at least 7 days before it ships. Feel free to contact us after this lead time for a status update on your FireBall set if it has not been marked as shipped yet.
Returns
FireBall ventless sets cannot be returned to us once they have been burned. Colored FireBalls also cannot be returned, but Natural FireBalls can be returned. If the set has not been used, it can be returned to us within 30 days. See Return Policy Details
